Charity Partners

This year, our school charity partners will also be in attendance, sharing more about the work that they do.

Man & Boy

We believe when positive role models are actively present; children, families, and communities thrive. We work alongside families by encouraging men to be a mentor to the boys in their life. We offer a diverse programme of opportunities for men and boys to have fun, take part in adventurous activities together, and enhance their own and wider family relationships.

We work with young boys usually between the ages of 8 and 12 years old, who might be facing challenges in their lives, to strengthen the relationship with a positive male role model in their lives; this could be the biological father, but could be a stepfather, grandfather, uncle or older sibling. We achieve this through a range of activities including remote camping weekends, activity days and relationship building courses. The outcome is that the boys have a role model to turn to as they enter the challenges of adolescence and secondary school.

London Sports Trust

The London Sports Trust is a charity dedicated to inspiring and cultivating positive change in disadvantaged young Londoners through the power of sport, life skills development, confidence building and education. Our main aims are to help disadvantaged children and their families to achieve their goals in life, sport and education and improve physical and mental wellbeing, life outcomes and employment opportunities. We do this through a range of programmes including; Think Active, City Sports Academies, SAFE Camp, Time Out Together, Grow Your Business, Apprenticeships and many more.

Over the last 5 years, we are proud to have;

  • Supported an average of over 2,000 young people each week
  • Delivered over 3,000 FREE sessions in London’s most deprived neighbourhoods
  • Developed partnerships with other key stakeholders to increase the effectiveness of our programmes
  • Trained and mentored more than 1,000 young people into regular volunteering and employment
